Phil Goldader started Phil’s Custom Bindery in 1982 after acquiring the equipment from the previous owners. He started in the book binding industry in 1957 and now has a small, family-run business.

The day-to-day operations are handled by Scott, Phil’s son. Scott has been working in the business with his dad since the business started. Phil still comes in to the shop part-time to do the book repairs and small projects.
